In all my years in the helping profession, I’ve learned the very best thing about life is this:  at any point and no matter how far you've gone down the wrong path, you can decide to turn around and go the other way.  

 

Often times however, figuring out how you got there and how to make the changes necessary to improve your life are unclear and complicated.  

 

Whether your issues are related to hopelessness, toxic relationships, maladaptive behaviors, ineffective communication, or an inability to cope with stress, having someone to talk to may be invaluable. 

 

Don't be afraid to try.  It just may be the best move you make your whole life!
