For therapy patients local in the Kansas City metro area: I currently only accept BCBS and Aetna. Cash rates for self-pay patients are anywhere between $175-$250 for session. If you have out-of-network benefits and would like to submit a superbill to your insurance company for reimbursement, those can be generated following several visits.  

 

For life coaching patients located throughout the US and internationally: insurance does not cover these sessions. Cash rate for this service is $275 per hour.
